The KAPITOLYO SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT EDUCATORS (KaSE) of the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental lead by: Ms. Maricel Lastierre, Kase from the Provincial Assessor's Office; Mr. Jessie Gatuslao, KaSE from Valladolid District Hospital, Ms. Barbie Cabacas, from Silay Hospital and Ms. Marivic Belicena and Teresita Tionko both KaSE from the Provincial Treasurer's Office, headed by our very own PEMO SWM focal person Ms. Sheila Bautista together with Sir Eriberto Madalag - PEMO SWM division head, and Sir Rodolfo Sapalo, Jr., conducted a thorough SWM Monitoring and Evaluation at Ignacio Arroyo District Hospital at Isabela (IADH) of their Best Practices and Innovations on the Strict Implementation and compliant in RA 9003 of the Solid Waste Management program of the province of Negros Occidental.
